Where is this place that photography student, Megan Amano travels to when she dreams? The inhabitants call it Merridiah University. They tell her that ambitious spirits attend the University to be educated before they are reborn ... and that since she is still alive, Megan is an exchange student. But why Megan? Does it have something to do with the mysterious young man she saw walk into the ocean? She feels a strange connection with him, a desperate need to speak with him ... is he here, at the University? And if Megan is an exchange student in this shadowy afterlife, who or what takes her place in the living world when she is asleep? (continued at the Tokyopop website...)

To join there are a few things you gotta do. Of course... one of them is like/love/worship (or whatever floats your boat) the manga "ShutterBox". Two would be to contact (via note) ~ shutterbox about your interest. Three would be to place the name of the club somewhere visible, be it your signature or journals. Four would be to obey all the rules of deviantART.com... and lastly five would be to always respect your muse - because evuntually you're gonna croke and be one yourself!

ShutterBox #2 is hot off the presses and will be out on July 6th!

Tavisha and Rikki, the Mangastic Duo behind this great story
will be attending one day only: Sunday, July 4th at Anime Expo

They’ll have a signing at the Tokyopop booth
at 11:00 AM and then a “Tavicat Chat” panel
between 1:30 and 3:30 PM


Rikki and Tavisha will be attending Friday, Saturday, and Sunday,
July 23rd to July 25th, at, San Diego Comic Con

There will be a signing at the Tokyopop booth at 1:00 PM Friday, and later they can be found hanging about the Slave Labor Graphics Booth.
